Jackieeee that whole berry vibe looks GORGEOUS on you. Limited shade ranges bother me so much, here in the Netherlands it’s 50 times worse than in the USA. Usually for drugstore makeup there’s a maximum of 8 shades all of them light/medium. It’s so bad, when I tried to get my mixed friend into makeup (who’s like 5 shades lighter than you) all I could find her was MAC and bodyshop foundation, we need some help up in here.

I could be wrong, but I think Milani’s original business model was more catered towards woman of color. I think they’ve definitely lost that in recent years which is very sad. They have some of my personal favorite products at the drugstore, but I am obviously very light. I do have a very strong olive undertone that I think milani caters to very well.

They basically only have 2 "light" shades which are oompa loompa and donald trump and I've seen several times when someone would comment about them needing more light shades, someone would respond "well Milani isn't really meant for light women, it is meant for women of color so get over it." No lie, I've seen this type of comment more than once so I'm assuming many others think it is for women of color too.

gucci mane you’re right they were originally focused on the Italian market. but like Jackie said, there was a point where they had a much deeper foundation range and were more geared towards women of color in the American market. I think that’s where a lot of the confusion comes from.They’re definitely back to catering to just more medium skin tones. This works out great for me since they’re pretty much the only brand at the drugstore that has undertones for me, but they definitely need to do some work.

Very drying but only one of the 5 I've tried actually flakes on me and that's the vampy color sugar. I absolutely cannot wear it and I love the color! The rest...Vaseline then lip balm then apply. 😂 I still love them.

Hey Jackie! I wear the Milani liquid lipsticks with the bite beauty agave lip mask underneath and I swear it keeps the formula from drying too matte. It’s soooo comfortable to wear! You should try it. Since the lip mask stays put for a long time it works really well!

danielle garcia probably depends on if ur skin wants to be a little more oily than usual or not in other words it oxidizes try to remember what moisturizer u used when u like the foundation the best and always use that when u wear that particular foundation

kay brown I use the same moisturizers and primers. Nothing changes because my skin is sensitive so it’s nothing to do with my daily routine. It is literally just the product. Only that product. Fentydoesnt do that neither did wet and wild or fit me. Justtttt milani. And I love milani. Just the foundation is a flop

Girl..light skin girls have the same issue too. The damn undertones!!! Story of my life. I'm a light olive undertone. Everything is PINK or dark on me. Please people, expand to the masses..not everyone is blond hair blue eyes with pink undertones. Get with the program...like yesterday. 🙄

That foundation is usually really long wearing on me and I also have very oily skin, but that primer is awful and not long wearing at all. Try the foundation again with your favorite primer(:

I've been using the concealer in deep tan for years to conceal on a casual day/colour correct because its my exact skin colour and I love it. The best way to use it is to apply with a brush similar to Jackie's and then blend with your finger.
