One of my all time favourite director.one of the most influential filmmaker. The director who give the world roshomon effect and tamil film virumandi used this kind of filmmaking. The man who takes asian cinema to hollywood. His most themes were master disciple relationship,the heroic champion, savage violence within history. Scandal is nonetheless worth checking out not only as an example of Kurosawa’s technical virtuosity and strong compositional approach. Rashomon is the film that launched Kurosawa’s name outside his homeland. The atmospheric cinematography is still looks great.First masterpiece from kurosawa. Ikiru is also one of his greatest work. This film themes were haunting every time you watching it. Seven samurai is the first kurosawa film i have watched. One of his best works and most remaked film. Its his greatest work and his finest film. Kurosawa is the big fan of shakespeare and he proves it with his films. Throne of blood is his version of macbeth. One of the best adaption of shakespeare play. Yojimbo is also one of my favouite film . This film is remaked by italian filmaker sergio leone without permission from kurosawa. He made as A fistful of dollars. Hidden fortress is fast-paced, witty and visually stunning samurai film. Ran is kurosawa latter career masterpiece. My favourite shakespeare adaptation after Hamlet(1996). It is his glourious achiement. Kagemusha is also one my favoutite film. This film visuals are so cool. Stray dog, idiot, drunken angel is also i liked very much.
