i really like how in-depth the design part is and how we dont cut to a pretty image without any explanations. I still do this kinda thing all the time! I have big Pinterest boards that I then turn into outfits! Great things like "Feverdream", "Fae Feckery? idk", "honk shoo mimimi", and of course "fishbowl clothing, don't ask" To be fair, I am also still on tumblr. Love it over there

I think the stingray definitely needed to have more flowiness to her design! Thats an essential aspect to being a stingray, the flowiness contrasted to the sharp tail end

They all look amazing. If you ever revisit the sting ray I think it would look great with a poncho!! Something very round to mimic the round body of the stingray. ❤

Hello Jackie, would it be possible for you to create a video on tips on organizing layers? I get scared putting different colors on a single layer and always end up having hundreds of layers which again scares me from further coloring the drawing. How would you use layers when coloring detailed outfits or busy backgrounds? Also, thank you always for awesome videos that inspires me to draw :D

I think the stingray one would work if the top have bertha collar that made out of stiff and shiny material (like pvc I guess?), no ruffles in front and the back of the collar except on her shoulders, and then make the ruffles on her shoulders kinda leans in towards her back. By doing this people gonna recognize her easily as stingray, make her look dynamic, also gives her a little bit of futuristic look I think.

This was so fun! Trying to think of what else you could personify. Something like medieval/ancient weapons or architecture could be interesting. That, or like old appliances. Like rotary phones, old radios, lanterns, tools, etc.
