Nice to look on mode that make side production project's clear. But it looks like another useless micromanagement. I just only need to help Village to rise and increase income by donating money in town/Castle to speed up process. Better to see when notable power is rising than it brings more militia rate, elite militia rate, recruit rate for bound settlement garrison and XP for village recruits. Maybe some garrison option 20 units to help slow down raiding speed.

Hi Jackie, thanks for the detailed description and dissecting each element of the Global Change Mod. I downloaded it and had initially had a panic when I first seen the village management screen and thought, how am I supposed to appoint a manager to each project and then came back to this video to find that you can train and assign your finest soldiers into them slots. I initially thought that you had to use your companions, which technically would of been possible because of me having the Character Reload Mod installed, but it would have meant me having an extremely large amount of companions 😂 so it was a very good move from the modder to utilise your settlements soldiers instead. I've had a few months away from Bannerlord, and then the modders keep bringing these fantastic Mods out. This is arguably one of the best to date. Bannerlord needed a Mod like this to happen, so I'm extremely grateful to the modder for making it happen. I'm very excited about this one. One of the most exciting aspects of Bannerlord for me is focusing on building settlement prosperity, which has been incredibly lacking since the Banner Kings Mod, which was a nightmare late game, as it was full of crashes. I've currently got a fantastic set of Mods installed, which I'd like to share with everyone in the comments. Give this list a go guys: Lemmy's European project Mod with the Player Settlements Mod installed (to fill in the gaps on the europe map) along with Global Change as already mentioned above, Character Reload as already mentioned above, Xorberax Legacy, Diplomacy, and Historical Banner Icons. As for your question on what I'd like to see the modders create next. I'm not entirely sure lol as their isn't enough hours in the day to play with what we've already got 😂

sometimes they get hired, ive seen it happen with some EU4 modders getting hired by Paradox. also it highly depens on the origin of the company. Someone like Nintendo would never think of such a thing.

I have a question as someone who hasn't touched bannerlord in a very long time. Does anyone do of a mod that fixes troop groupings? Like the one thing that turns me away from bannerlord is the inability to group troops based on their type. Yes I know this is still "possible" but if I want a separate group of infantry with great axes to use as shock troops there will always be lots of regular infantry in that group and vice versa. I don't want my shield less shock troops standing in my front line like idiots.

I know exactly what you mean. its crazy the game doesnt have it. just search up troop formations on nexus and a mod called better troop formations will come up which fixes the exact issue and lets you put troops into a particular formation through the party screen at any time.

Building a game is harder than modifying one. Additionally, from experience few modders care about everything that goes into a game, usually they are only invested in rebuilding a part of it.

no it's not. Village management will be separated as another mod with version 1.1.0.0. I think the separated village management will work. But the global change mod itself does not work with Bannerkings.

Are you asking why modders, who won't make any money off of this mod that they're spending their free time making, are using free resources such as AI? I get there are historical pictures someone/ almost anyone can get their hands on but that takes even more time to find, resize and get into game. But the modder could just go hey give me a picture of this in this size and all they have to do get it into game.
