thank you both so much for really showing me how to properly jack up a Ryker. I just got one three months ago and I will be doing lite maintenance on it myself and your video has given me a lot of confidence. So thank you and HAPPY HOLIDAYS and wonderful yrs of riding ahead. Blessings.

Thanks for the video. I just bought my Ryker Rally, seeing that spot on the front frame to lift from will help. Also, I see you have a top box mounted behind the driver seat, did you just bolt the mounting plate to the aluminum area on the max mount ? thanks.

Hi congrats on your Ryker. The case mount is bolted to the max mount with spacers in between to allow for an even flat fit.🙂

Thank you again, that's exactly what I planned on doing. I've ordered the 36L sidebag, and I also want a top box for travel.@@RideForAdventures

I'll throw out another easy way to lift bike for maintenance. Do the same on rear. For the front just drive up on car ramps, very quick, very secure.
@RideForAdventures3 жыл бұрын
For sure! Ramps would make it very easy.

Any concerns of I need to get all 3 wheels off at the same time? I’ll need it up on jacks on all 3 sides for a little while.
@RideForAdventures2 жыл бұрын
No concerns at all. Block under front as shown and block under back tire for best stability and safety.

Did you ever install the skid plates?
@RideForAdventures3 жыл бұрын
Yes I did. It was mostly straightforward except for a couple bolts that weren’t perfectly lined up. These plates have been a great saviour to my Ryker and the kind of riding I do.

Why didn't you protect the paint in any way? Metal to metal contact makes me cringe.
