Amazing, thank you so very dear much for this guided meditation! And its nice to see the comment section open, btw 🙂❤ For the past some months your guided meditations have been my main source of daily meditation practice. And in this meditation a mantra appeard in my mind, which was: "welcome" - to what ever appears and arrives. Welcome to all sensations and experiences, pleasant and unpleasant, who are all a source of inrichment for the soul/mind. Thank you Jack💐

I cried through entire meditation 🐳 imagined myself in different girlhood ages coming to me to hug me and kiss me. A whole bunch of girls and women (as me) are loving awareness. Thank you for this 🎀

Whats the point of life? I mean seriously, what's the point? To incarnate, suffer immensely, toil and sweat to build an empire that time will eventually destroy only to die anyway. Earth is boring, and stupid, and difficult, and chaotic. I feel like I'm falling endlessly. I'm just venting here. Just being real. I'm a spiritual person. But I'm also deeply human. Desire is futile. Anything material equates to nothing. And there's nothing in this world you could offer me that I would want. A car, a mansion, a billion dollars. I know too well that is ridiculous and empty. Human incarnation seems meaningless. The only thing that gets me up in the morning, the ONLY thing that makes me smile from my soul is love, and there's not too much of that. But maybe there is, maybe it's my perception that is distorted.

I think the point of life is to experience it.. that's really all we are able to do as infants, and we take that information to shape our view of each other and the world as a whole to create a single, unique human life that is a tiny chain that pulls the future one span closer to the perfection of humanity. I do agree that love is the single most important thing we have as sentient beings, and we each should be sharing as much of it as we are able. I hope your experience is better than it was last year
