================
“Don’t feel guilty. That’s not the way to save the world, that’s just an unfortunate contracted state. If you want to save this world, love it. Do it because you love it. . . Do it out of your love because that’s the only thing that you will save anything.”
Trauma comes in all shapes and sizes, and as human beings, we are all vulnerable to its potential effects. But how can we meet trauma with tenderness and courage? Healing is so often a precursor to the practice of liberation itself, but true release requires a familiarity with emotions and the capacity to be present for them. Through mindfulness, we can develop the compassion necessary to approach our traumas. When we can first bare it, we then have a choice of what to do with it. Once our story can be told it often loses its hold

Absolutely love Jack's voice and messages. While meditation and mindfulness can help tremendously with trauma, I highly recommend looking up Pete Walkers book - "CPTSD - From Surviving to Thriving." Emotional regulation / awareness / thought labeling / self soothing / inner child work all essential. - Love and light.

Being around the sane people who caused the original trauma continue the abuse is unacceptable and I will not stop until I'm free from Any type of influence. Causing discord, in every way. Nothing like these people! The way they think, I'm actually angry and have had enough! Your voice is calming. Thank you for the upload

Instruction from the Buddha Live in joy in love, even among those who hate. Live in joy, in health, even among the afflicted. Live in joy, in peace, even among the troubled. Look within, be still. Free from fear and attachment, know the sweet joy of The Way. Which of course is love and compassion

*The point isn't to get rid of emotion but to understand them. Touche' I recall when I first began sitting and how I aspired to be free of emotions, desires, attachments, revulsions etc only to what? Come face to face with ALL OF THAT. HAHAHA.. Silly rabbit that I was and how perfect it all was too.

I love that. Reminds me of myself. I never learned to play guitar, but I play it anyway. It feels more like work than play, but my limitations simplify things. I do my best with what little I know.
