Really enjoyed the Hog cooking part of the Video, from the racks were the wood is burned to create the coals, then to the simple but awesome Pits were the Spadcocked Hog is cooked over them beautiful coals. Then the chopping and Sauceing of the meat. Very enjoyable to watch and learn how different regions prepare and BBQ their meats. Another Great Video!

+jeffxl12 you couldn't tell it was store bought? lol. And yes, we have some of the best cooks anywhere here in Ky, and I've had a few homemade Italian cream cakes that would knock your socks off. I just commented because I found it funny that for you, it wasn't obvious that it wasn't a store bought cake lol.

Bruce Crossan All that food looks awesome Jack. I could probably gain 20 pounds during a weekend. The only thing I don't like, is it's in KY and you couldn't pay me to go there, with the tornado's and brown recluse spider.... eeeeek.
