That battery is huge!!! I think the D3 is a superb light! Not sure I would trust the four press lockout but other than that I think it is awesome! I have plastic pieces I put in to disconnect my batteries when traveling or when in storage just so that they dont cause any issues. Its a good size and at a 1000 lumen you can run this for a while! The levels are well spaced too! I would add a lanyard to it to stop it rolling. I typically dont like lanyards but it would solve the problem. (Haha, you and I think alike! Had to add this edit since you had the same idea lol.) Hope you have a great evening man! 🙂👌

This might be one of my favorite flashlights for 2024. The run time on medium at 1k lumens is amazing. Doing ok here. Let’s talk soon.
