Haha I thought it was funny when you said people freak out when you pull food out of the dumpster and put it on the floor. They need to really think about it. The floor is probably cleaner then the dumpster. And all the food you guys take gets washed or is in some type of wrapping. You guys be you and don't let the negative people get in your way.

I saw news articles when quite a few of the outbreaks of e-coli in lettuce and spinach was linked back to the workers going to the bathroom in the fields where they were picking. So between dumpster germs and e-coli, I know which I would choose.

Another big problem beside the big company being criminal is that fact the criminal system would allow a law suit if someone gets sick or dies from big companies donating the food they toss out . One of the biggest “catch22” scenarios out there. Alot of homeless dumpster dive for food competing with vermin .

Can't believe how many crisps you found, definitely a day for those. Can I just say, I watch quite a few people dumpster diving, but you 2 are definitely my favourites. And Stacey can't believe how easy you get in and out of them. It should be illegal to throw good food out. What you both do should not be illegal because you donate most of what you find and that really cool. I've had to go to the food pantry (or blessing box) a couple times in the past and the food that you donate is nice

So here in Western Wisconsin the High today was 54 with a Low of 28. This time of year its strange because on Tuesday Oct. 11th its supposed to be 75. I enjoy our videos seeing how much joy you get when you find things especially Dog Food!! Be Safe & Happy Diving!!

I think what you're doing is great! Seems to me the stores should donate some stuff to the food pantry. Take some around to homeless camps. I used to volunteer at a food pantry. Very gratifying to help people.

Do those same folks that complain about the bananas from the dumpster to the ground not realize that their food comes from the ground. Potatoes, carrots, peanuts, and on and on comes from the soil. They do come from the ground DIRTY. They just need to be washed as you do with your good finds.

Yah I think state wide that dumpster diving on public areas as long as no “no trespassing” signs and obviously not breaking locks and so on is legal especially if diving for food but some cities add ordinances to prohibit it so definitely check city laws when trying to figure out how legal things are.

There are so many people in the US that needs all the help they can get. Obviously I'm not from the US, but I know that the poor people are truly poor and the rich people are really rich. Homeless shelters have more than enough food. I was on the executive board of Directors at our local shelter. There are Many Hungry people living on the streets or in their cars (many times because they don’t want to leave a beloved pet)😢 Those people Need the Food! There are no Resources for them. They have to have an address to get a job and money to have gas to get to interviews. Not all homeless people are Drug addicted. And those who are self medicating need Food too! 😢 Stepping off my soapbox. (Yeah I was homeless for awhile.)

I worked in a recycling plant, while sorting on the belt I had a dirty needle fly up a get stuck in my chain gloves. Sorry for being a broken record about the gloves I just worry about your safety. New viewer and love you guys, you remind me of my own family. My dad used to collect scrap metal with my brother. We lived in rural area and to far from the city otherwise he probably would of been dumpster diving as well.

I understand people are mostly concerned about our safety more than anything. Anything. And that is highly appreciated. The point I'm making though is it takes a very specific type of glove to protect you from needles. Which logically is the main concern while dumpster diving. Gloves will not necessarily protect you from germs or bacteria.. My point, unless people are wearing those special poke proof gloves , people aren't as protected as they think.
