I am so impressed with your ear for music. Even when you may not know the history of a song, you are able to relate it to the era, artist, and producer. I saw you do that with the Mary J Blige Rose Royce remake. Your ear told you that it sounded like a 70's song without knowing that it was remake. Keep doing your thing Jack!
@algriff21

@Ree Hes, that is what brought me here. Jack reminds me of myself, appreciates the music from years prior to him (the 90's is me, but I love the 80's and prior). Of all music reactors, I feel he has a respectable/entertaining response; not saying there is a right or wrong way, but his insight to being able to be captivated by it is uncanny! and know writers and producers of a track! You tempt me to send you my list of songs to react to but I like the surprise of what is picked by others and you select. New subscriber right here!

I really love this song but I prefer the original version. They can go a little overboard with remixes to songs (whether it’s with the vocals or production). For some songs, I just think they’re really unnecessary. As the saying goes, sometimes less is more; the original version was just better for me! 🤷🏾‍♀️😊 (smoother, sexier, prettier...it felt more like the msg of the song).

Marcus J Williams is the singer of that song. My opinion, I love this song since it first came out in June 1994 on the radio. I feel that who played MJ was an insult. He tried to sound like MJ and to have folks think it was the hidden gem that wasn’t supposed to be sang by MJ was sad. Plus you can tell music was added over the original music and then Marcus sang the 1st vs again for the 2nd vs. total disappointment. I love this song though

it is very interesting how the visuals of this video changes the perception of it. purely from listening to this song without the imagery, one would think he was singing romantically about a woman. but with the visuals, it changes to a fatherly love from father to daughter therefore heartfelt and sweet.

I'm vibin to you so much because your taste in music and songs in particular is literally the same as mine. This song, I have so much history with it, but I totally forgot about this video and how much they put their daughters in it. I have a (almost) 2 year old daughter, first child for me, and I just cried listening to this song with you. She impresses me so much every day, when she sees daddy doing dance moves, she's right there beside me trying to do the same thing, and I love it. If becomes a dancer like me, i will be so grateful, but she will be excellent at whatever she does. Young man you are an inspration with this channel. I love your vibe, keep it up little homie.

You communicate ideas to an audience and keep them entertained and intrigued. Not many people can do that. From the minute I stumbled across your channel I knew it wasn't just what you do, it's what you're capable of that has me intrigued.
