@@phoenixgirl70 i also have ptsd (this didn’t trigger it but I hate loud noises too) and sometimes I mute the video or turn my volume all the way down, just at the beginning, and then once Jack (or whoever I’m watching) starts to talk I turn it on again after a few seconds. It means I miss a few words sometimes but it helps a lot, especially since it’s usually fairly easy to tell whether they’re yelling or just talking normally based on their face/body language. I’m not sure if this would help you, but I hope it does
