How to desensitize your gag reflex. You can reduce or eliminate your gag reflex by gradually getting your soft palate accustomed to being touched. One technique is to use a toothbrush on your tongue: Using a soft toothbrush to brush your tongue until you reach the area that makes you feel like you might gag, is what google says to do to train your gag reflex.

This is like a compilation (but in a well-formatted one video form) of Korean meme from instagram reels / TikTok. 1. 안먹어 / 비행기 - Woman says "I don't eat it!" and the cameraman does a 'here comes an airplane' thing. According to original format, woman must eat the fry, but she didn't -> plot twist 1 2. 왜 묻히고 먹어 - The woman got a sauce around her mouth, so the man tears the bypasser's shirt to wipe it out. 3. 뉴진스의 하입보이요 - I think this is the most popular meme in Korea currently. It is "What song are you listening to" meme, but answer is always : "NewJeans - Hype Boy" and then you do the choreo. Smooth connection with no.2 and 3. -> plot twist 2. Dunno, Just a meme LOL

One of my cross country buddies told me if you grip your thumb inside your fist in your non-dominant hand, that it can help stifle the gag reflex. Almost certainly psychosomatic or whatever, placebo effect, but it did seem to work for everyone who tried it. No judgement, but when I was brushing my teeth for the next few months, I would brush the back of my tongue while holding my thumb like this and crept back further and further. Now it takes a large amount of physical stimulation to trigger the gag reflex. Mental stimulation, I'm still weak though. Can't handle picking up after my dog without walking away for fresh air 3 times.
