Yeah I have always thought the same and noticed that as well, like whenever I see other interviews of these actors I hate to say it but sometimes the person who's interviewing them doesn't see them as people, they see them as a way to make their brand famous like a marketing thing, they try their best to get any kind of spoiler out of them or ask really weird questions that makes them feel uncomfortable like I have seen that a lot of the times because they want them to slip up and do something embarrassing so that their companies name is being spoken around the news articles when talking about the slip up or embarrassing thing, whether it's the person who's interviewing them willingly doing that or they got orders from their higher ups to make them slip up, that's an entirely different thing and could be a possibility. But I like these kinds of interviews more where the actor aren't always on the edge and are comfortable here.

This is how a real interview needs to be done. An earnest fan, and a professional/courteous host. Asking good questions, letting the guests finish their thoughts, pretty smooth transitions between topics, genuine interest in the guests dialogue rather than just skimming through the minor details for what they think "people WANNA hear", and an overall friendly atmosphere with no stress of being put under a spotlight. Amazing work Jack! Hope to see more of this in the future!
