Although this is an extreme example because in most cases you do want at least a couple details not just a straight answer. p.s. I think most people with a thick accent usually try to tone it down when meeting strangers, and especially actors in interviews, but if you're talking to someone else with a clear accent, you're more likely to let your own accent run wild
