real music, real talent, nothing compares to the songs of the 60's and 70's, will never have music like that again as creativity in all genre's is long gone replaced by garbage.

Impossible to go to sleep after you hear this song. Haunting, sad to a degree. Beautiful, oh yeah, for sure. Makes you realize time flies, and we better appreciate what we have.

Spent a lot of years as a camp councilor. Met a lot of people. Learned a lot of things. Learned about music. Met a couple of girls. The last song of the last overnight every year was this song. Memories that will last a lifetime.

David Lindley, you had me at "oh won't you stay" - and I did. Thank you for countless moments of pure bliss that your music and your beautiful soul have gifted us forever. May warren Zevon be there to welcome you across the border. 🙏❤️🙏

Yes! This is it! I was looking for this version of Stay. I love it! They used to play it every now and then on the radio. If I had gotten to my destination before the end of the song I'd waited until it was over.

A fabulous song writer accompanied by David Lindley who made everything magic no matter what instrument he played. And the crowd goes crazy when Lindley sings "Stay" in falsetto.
