I dunno, I don't see the value in it unless they are going to use him and using a playoff race to break in a rookie is unconventional to say the least. But then again unconventional has been working the team so why not.

Just adds depth to the bullpen he can’t be worse than Shelby. Gets the kids feet wet in the big leagues for next year

Jobe will be used #2 on a bullpen day. He’s not going to be thrown in a high leverage situation for his first time.
