Man you do a review and don't even bother to plug it in? suck a dick

It's a review, not a demo. If you want one of those, there's thousands out there.

@@lonerjuanfuck that. you're skipping the ONE thing everyone expects in a review of a guitar... how it sounds... you just sat here and shit on an instrument for 15mins wasting everyones time... suck a dick.
@BeaugosseRicheАй бұрын
@@lonerjuan No, you're wrong. People expect to see the stuff in action in any review. I wouldn't insult you like OP, but you're wrong.
@lonerjuanАй бұрын
@@BeaugosseRiche I appreciate you being civil about it. I do get this kind of comment every now and then and while I understand why, I do like to do my own take on the concept of a review, which is not that rare outside the guitar world where a demo is expected. Besides, you wouldn't want me demoing a guitar. Not that I'm bad at playing them, I just suck at demoing, so I would rather stick to expanding on the areas where demos fall short. There's plenty of those, but not many proper reviews. Especially not ones with Nazi jokes thrown in.

What the exact model of Squier appears in the video?
@lonerjuanАй бұрын
It's a Classic Vibe 50's Strat, a Chinese made one from before they moved the line to Indonesia.

Throw on a set of 11-52 strings and you’ll be able to do bends staying in tune fine 😊
@lonerjuan9 ай бұрын
Yeah, that's actually where I found my sweet spot to be. 10's are too unstable, and 12's already feel like the guitar itself has not enough mass to keep things moving long enough.

Hi, is the JS1X good for learning how to play?
@lonerjuan8 ай бұрын
I'd say it is, for a very young kid, although they'll outgrow it at some point so keep that in mind.
@ayanmitra2841Ай бұрын
Is it semi Floyd Rose?
@lonerjuanАй бұрын
Nope, a string-thru-body hardtail. I reckon any sort of floating bridge on this thing would be a stability nightmare.

I do plug it in! I just didn't do it for the review.

After all the rambling incoherence, you're failing at deterring me from getting a Rhoads V in some absurd colour. Though a V sounds like the worst shape for a couch fidget toy ...
@lonerjuan3 ай бұрын
I too had the same hesitation, although being smaller than the full size Rhoads, you might get away with holding it "regular" instead of "classical" and having the shorter horn between your thighs. It should barely touch the couch if at all, but I guess you're better off trying it for yourself. This one is definitely more "normal" feeling though.

can it djent
@lonerjuan10 ай бұрын
It probably could if I strung it with an 8-string set and drop the first 2. I'm not sure that poor little neck would take it though.
