Jess here, wanted to share the similarities to these two killer guitars. One's not better than the other in my opinion. Found it interesting that the 6 and 7 blackouts sound.

I'm just not a seven string guy, but that Jackson definitely sounds good. That ltd however is now on my radar for joining the family. Lol I've always liked the alexi laiho models, but I've gotta have a neck pup in every guitar. This may be the next v I get AFTER I get a Rhoades. 😆

Is that Laiho Scythe modified? I've never seen one that comes with a singlecoil in the neck position, only the newer purple "ripped" models. edit: just saw the other video about it

Strange question : Do you know if the esp/Ltd alexi guitar fits into a Jackson king V guitar case? Awesome video! Keep it up!

It might not fit as I think about it.

Hey man, awesome video. I’m on the market for my first v guitars, thinking on getting the King V 6 strings from Corey and the LTD arrow charcoal burst with fishmans. What could you recommend between the 2? (I know this was a 7 King V hehe)

The arrow might be nice if it's from the Korea factory. Solar V's are fun. Mustaine V's are basically the best

Can you do a more complete Jackson vs LTD comparaison I am in the market for a 1000-1500$ V/RR and as a Jackson fan I want to be sure that I'll make the right choice?

I actually don't have the guitars anymore. What did you want to know? They're honestly both incredible guitars. If I had to choose only one, I would still be happy with any of them.

I can't speak on Jacksons, but I own two ltd's. Man I'm telling you, Ltd guitars are about as good as it gets for the money. I've spent time setting my ec1000 up, and I've got hardcore Gibson guys telling me they like my Ltd better than their $2700 guitars. Just my two cents.

Personally i own 2 Jacksons right now. (Had a 3rd but the bridge was so bad i had to return it). A modded Js32t kelly and a Kv pro (Sd pearly gates and jb on it). Both of those guitars are soo dear to my heart. I live in a shitty country with extreme taxes and +80% infilation rate so buying guitars aren t as easy as it used to be. I just want a new guitar to add to my (I don t wanna say collection cause they are more than guitars to me). I have 1000€ and could add I think 400€ more to buy anothet guitar. I wanted a second hand Usa Jackson but they are sooo out of my budget and a logistical nightmare to bring here. So I wanted to ask for help. I am a massive Jackson fan and tbh the stuff they put out for like 5 10 years doesn t impress me. (Since I cannot buy a Usa). And was wondering If i should go for an ltd instead because E-II are still above my budget 😂

@@ertus306 I understand. I just don't have alot of money. Lol I own about 20 guitars. Everything I own is pre-owned imports aside from a couple I got doing setups. My favorite imports are the Korean guitars. Dean, Ltd, and schecter. I recently got an entry level solar for $699 and it's AMAZING. I don't know if you like the looks of solar, but they're absolutely great. Not expensive either. Good luck. 🤘

@@randymiles904 Thank you for your imput man :) I had a korean vmnt which had amazing built quality and a killer RIP graphic but that guitar wasn't comfortable to me. The neck was too wide and the boy felt too big and the Livewires wasn't my cup of tea to say the least :). But so far the korean factory is better than the Indo factory in my opinion so thats why I wondered if I should get a korean Ltd and mod it to my specs instead of an Indo/Chinese pro series Jackson. But that ll jack up the cost a bit so I am not sure yet.

I do actually. It's usually local but I'm sure we could figure out a zoom call or something like even Instagram. I'm cheap too and would teach what you would want to learn if I know it. Like song parts or even techniques.
