@@ninjip3460 Privately if you can is the best way in my opinion, but you can sometimes find nice things at shows as well if you are a bit more experienced and know what to look for when it comes to quality. Did you plan on flying your birds? Or will you just keep them to look at and perhaps show them down the road?

Iv thought about it. Imo they require quite a bit of work and you need the space (multiple kitboxes or lofts). Since I don't have that at the moment, I am considering Homers..not many but just a few. Currently im designing a small kitbox on Google Sketchup that I may build.

Yeah I agree. Also when they don't trap fast enough and bum around.... they are overfed! Feel like lots of guys don't know how much a bird is supposed to get in a day. Keeping rollers rule of thumb was about 1 tablespoon per bird.
