I'd keep the Helmets. You can at least breed them and sell some of the young ones. Flipping is good but sometimes you should think about the long run. Do you have a list of prices they have been selling for at the other auctions? If you do you should see what the average price is and see if there are better months and so. Also you should think about checking for other animals as well. Try to get them for lower or equal to average and flip them when the trend shows the prices should hit the higher peak and then sell them in the peak months. I know it's a lot of work but Excell is your best friend when it comes to something like this. Maybe only do 5 types of animals to start with. This also goes for what to keep and breed, then sell the offspring when a peak happens. It would be best if you have a couple of years sales prices but it can be done with only one year. Of course the more years info you have the better.
