I Cannot believe they are doing circle formations and diamond ones. Southern has been doing these since the 80s and when I used to come to the games they made mockery of these formations. They have copied everything and now am claiming everything because the world did not know until Prime came through there. I am through with Cedric and Anthony Anderson!!!!

Hell they could’ve made the flag girls stand their like dolls and been like “take this” anything would’ve been better than how they ended up disrobing. They fields did improve from the band and jsettes. The music isn’t hitting like last year tho and I’m a su alum from Mississippi. I have a gray admiration for them I hope we get a late season clash up like last year because we don’t know until like game 4/homecoming usually

I really enjoy how the Boom is giving each show a theme. It really helps get the crowd involved. The band sounded amazing and the drill was impressive! The J-settes were really good! I loved the song choice and the creativity with the capes, and they truly are the TRANSITION QUEENS! The ballad was AMAZING! Wow! Just wow! The band dance was cool, nothing special, but Ced & Anthony added a nice touch, and playing SU’s football coach saying he requested “Get Ready” was diabolical, lol. Awesome show, Boom! I Y’all won the halftime. ❤️🇺🇸

Say what you want but jsu drill literally looked like syncronized fireworks, and it was dope‼️. I'm a fan of both bands, and this show from top to bottom hit all the marks down to the Frank Bev tribute, the song for the settes was the only dry point, because it just didn't hit according to their style of pace, other than that Great show BOOM🔵⚪️❕️

@@Tristan11406 Yess, that’s what I love about her field shows too. It’s not heavily stunted dancing and nor is she just throwing your typical stand counts to fit the music. She reminds like the early 2010s captains; Shanketta, Charlotte, Morgan, Tierra, Dom, they all CREATED choreography and danced to the actual song which is undoubtedly a tradition dating back to the Oatis era. To add, the choreography also makes sense. They can talk about Alayah’s otherwise solid stands, but what they can’t ever touch is her pen for field shows.

Awesome field show Sonic Boom! The sound, the precision drill, and the DM’s were well on point. The Jsettes field routine was amazing as usual, but the song, “It’s Raining Men” was HORRENDOUS! I just don’t understand why someone consistently pick these sorry songs for the Jsettes to dance off of. Anyways, well done Sonic Boom.

They are not on each other’s schedule for conference play..this is a non-conference SWAC game which is why it is so early… the athletic dept schedules the games based on conference play 🙄
