Interested to see how yours is. I bought mine from sweetwater, and it it had a hole in the finish from the factory, and the trem block scraaped against the backplate when pulling up on the whammy, then when they sent a replacement, it had a crack in the binding from the 12th-27th fret and also scraped the backplate when pulling up on the bar. Thankfully sweetwater kicks ass and I was able to send it back and order an MIJ charvel instead.

I hope you’re still going to post a review of this guitar. I bought this guitar and loved it at first but the honeymoon is over. Tremolo sustain block hits the spring cover. Even though setup was good out-of-the-box, the installed 10-gauge strings are unconventional for 25.5” scale, requiring extra time or professional setup for some players. Also a small but well-defined blemish in the factory finish seems to appear on more than just my guitar.
