“How you gonn’ get me hype when I’m supposed to be sad?” 😭😂 *So* idk if you hear the chorus but the lyrics where: _Live of of you, live of of you, cause your my, Oxygen_ He said on insta and in interviews that the song was a gift to jackys (jackson fans) that have been with him through everything. It’s kind of a fighting song, since he talks about his hardships and how this “person” is his oxygen. Without them he’s nothing. Hope that helps!

Oxygen is a song that Jackson wrote for his fans and he thanks them. Without his fans support, there will be no Jackson Wang. Without oxygen(fans), Jackson will die. In glass box (coffin) - buried alive , slowly dying ( slowly become harden like a root) without oxygen (fans), he die and disappear.

I WAS WAITING FOR THIS😂 don't worry during the whole video i was both hype and crying if that makes sense😂. so you weren't the only one! jackson dedicated this video to his jackys who he calls his oxygen. he shows that without them he's trapped and fades away, like at the end. during the video he and jacky are trying to reach each other.😭 i think it's so cool how deep his song is, yet how hype it can make you! he's so talented. i hope more people will listen too

I heard that Jackson is underground in a kind of coffin .. The roots are increasing to Jackson, so he doesn't get oxygen and in this MV he wants to say oxygen as a 'fan' .. He wants more oxygen because he suffocates in this MV .. The mv is so beautiful that you can understand it if you go more deeper in what's the meaning of the song. The mv portrays him of what will happen to him without his "oxygen" which is his fans and his family. The tree growing out and slowly killing him, his decomposition (red flares in his face), him decaying, and him deep in the underwater all represents him that without his "oxygen" he will be nothinh and at the end of the mv he disappeared. The song itself is just so good and the abstract portrayal is just so artistically made. Once again, jackson and got7 really does do art and never disappoint.

This song is basically telling a story of someone who needs the person they love like if they were his oxygen. It’s more focused on their inner emotions dealing with their very strong feelings for someone and missing them like crazy, which is why Jackson says, “live off you, cause you’re my oxygen” and “can’t breathe for now I might die, just hoping you be mine, come back to my life.” Jackson is being dependent on this person as if they were his oxygen, so in a way, people like to interpret it that he’s talking about his fans, and I believe that too:)
