Clay County is just south of Jacksonville (Duval County) and one small town 14 miles south of Jacksonville is Orange Park. Great place to live. Further south is unincorporated Middleburg. New housing developments have popped up everywhere and all the smaller cities just south of Jacksonville are growing as people want to live in a country setting while still being able to work in a large city. Lots of cheaper options than those mentioned in the video.

I like video, recommend when ur talking no music or swish sound for pop-ups. We liked the music for driving thru areas. During driving part leave area name popup up during and the Its hard to listen to when Swish sounds pop-up = taking notes, not watching video.

Sold a home recently in Murray Hill too.
