I am not in the majority who thinks Shad is a bad owner, just think he doesn't know how to run a football team and needs someone in that position to do it. I think a lot of fans will be checked out on the jags if they do keep Baalke again. It sends the message to the fanbase that objectively making additions to the franchise by subtraction isn’t in the playbook for ownership. Meaning we won’t be competing for a Super Bowl so long as Baalke is on the team.
