Back in 1980 my GF and I were sitting someones grow patch on HAWAII's South Kona Coast for a few weeks, staying in a Yurt not far from Ho'okena. One day I was walking around in their plants when a helicopter flew right over at slow speed. I was pretty sure they would have seen me standing among the plants but luckily nothing came of it! Everybody was talking about Operation Green Harvest working the area and all over the island. Glad I didn't get mixed up it!

Supposedly it's not. Entrapment is when someone would be going to do one crime, but police make them do another different crime or one onto of what they wanted to do. Entrapment has a different legal definition than what we would think it is. For example, say a guy hires a escort with no intention for sex, but said escort is undercover cop. Well, they met but cop says they are only interest in the sex and would do it for a price. If guy agrees and they then arrest him on solicitation of a prostitute then that's entrapment
