Hello there! It's on the South side of Jacksonville. It’s 26 minutes for NAS Jax and 30 from OP

And over a very long Hickman Bridge over the St. John's River that can slow your commute often as there are many, many bad wrecks on that bridge, so be aware if buying on one side of the river and driving to other side for your job if promptness is required, and sitting in traffic frequently is unacceptable. So you know...

Hello. Yes we have worked w/ Adrian and Janelle . We found them on this platform back in 3/2021. We had scheduled a Zoom meeting and built a rapport w/ them. They are very knowledgeable and very professional w/ the information that was given to us. We stayed in contact over the months moving forward.
