when jack crashed into gallegos near the tuning shop he glitched out and some how he was still able to drive but it was still in the crash effect so that is the reason why his hud was gone and also when jack wiped out on a jump in the airport the game thought the the place he crashed was near the place where he smashed gallegos hence the game spawned him in that tuning shop. me personally, i had the same incident when i was in last event in singleplayer mode.

It's a good game but to me it's annoying how much they play forza and nothing else and for example Jack in the video said there's photo mode, the nfs drone mode equivalent when photo mode has been in nfs since 2015 but he says it in a way that sounds like it wasn't in nfs and they always reference to forza in some way
