Great video as always! A good example for why I feel buying is better is for the future. I’ve seen seniors who are 60+ really struggling to pay rent in Vancouver market 😔 because it increases YoY and subsidized housing isn’t really enough to cover… so for me it’s knowing that by the time I’m a senior, I will have a roof over my head without worrying whether my income or investments then will provide me with a home.

But the taxes for getting your money out of the stock market is also something to consider. When I live in a house, I plan to live there all the time and won´t have to pay rent when I ´m retired.
