Anyone who's seen them live would agree. No denying the show. Might even think about some earplugs. I did security for Jesse at a show years ago. He just likes to be left alone rite before the show. Take his hatley out for a quick spin and he was a different person when he came back. Ready. Blew the roof off.. and it was an outdoor show!!!

I did security for these guys at the Royal Grove Lincoln Nebraska.. great show. The first time I saw em , they were doing something like 100 shows in a 100 days . Flatbed truck quickie stage outside the record store across from the mall. I just stumbled on em. Never even heard of em before.. but I had my two little deaf kids with me.. they fucking loved it! It was the closest they'd ever get to hear music . Used to take them with me to the shows at the Grove. They'd meet all the musicians,.. dreads, tatted faced, colored hair.. it taught my kids tolerance - don't judge people by how someone looks... SO many good memories.

I thought I had seen where there was a brand of alchohol associated with them, but I was thinking it was more of a "legal" moonshine, and I was thinking that it was Jackyl (like Harley Davidson Beer, only Jackyl brand moonshine). I did google it before I replied just to spur my memory, but couldn't find anything on it. I guess I didn't ask the google wizard the right questions. I had decided I must have remembered it wrong and maybe it was a different band altogether. Good to know that I'm not totally mixing my memory yet (I'm just missing bits and pieces) -lol.

If you ever get the chance to see them live, drop what youre doing and go. after the show they sit down and take pics, sign stuff, whatever you want. they don't leave until everyone goes through.
