Jaclyn the mindset change around your journey is so wild!! It’s totally different from when you started and I feel like most of us go through the phases where we think that we need to cut out all the sugar and all the carbs and do a ton of cardio. And then we go through phases of trying to find what works for us and then realizing that we need to have balance and can still enjoy the foods that we love, but also working out and having mostly whole food diet. It’s all about just feeling good mentally and physically and I really think you’re starting to embody this and show people that you can maintain weight after losing weight and still enjoy the foods and activities that you love.

Thank you Jaclyn for sharing your struggles and insights with me tal health, alcohol, food and exercise. It is so encouraging and I feel like watching this video a second time because there were so many good insights packed in there!

Jaclyn, I know you may not see this but you were the reason I got into make-up the way I did and why my friends ask me to do theirs. I’ve watched your videos from the BEGINNING! (Cat eye winged liner) And all I have to say is your growth is inspiring. You are real, raw and always self reflecting and asking yourself, what can I do better. Admitting faults and choosing to push forward. The way you talk now is so much more positive and confident. Not letting the anxiety take over. Makes me smile! Happiness looks good on you girl! ❤❤❤❤

It's the spotlight effect at the gym. When you think everyone is looking at you but everyone is really just focused on themselves!

Tbe day she does a video where she isn't pushing peddling or hawking something is the day I'll take her seriously.

Anyone go through a similar transformation by quitting weed? Because I have and I feel so similarly to you, Jaclyn! It’s crazy how normalized these substances are and how much life can get better when you’re not dependent on them

Jaclyn seriously?!? Better Help!? You will sell your soul to the devil to get that paycheck! Everyone has heard of the atrocities that come with Better Help!!! Disgusting to even partner with them!!! You don’t even use the service! You only said you have a few friends who use Better Help! Seriously you should be ashamed of yourself!!!

I stopped drinking on 11/1 and also had to fly and do a lot of things sober that I’d have (in the past) absolutely used alcohol to take the edge off. I’ve been mostly sober curious since the beginning of the pandemic but your journey (as well as a few other things in my life) are inspiring me to be completely booze free. Congrats on 6 months!

While I congratulate you on not drinking for 6 months. Please, please also include information for people who struggle and cannot just quit cold turkey. It also can be very dangerous to do that without the proper help. People are in different places with alcohol and may need more help than just stopping cold turkey. Maybe do some research and include places and phone numbers that people can call for additional help in your videos.

Jaclyn, I have been watching you since your first Kim Kardashian’s bedroom lamp makeup video and I swear you are the only person I still watch from that time and probably the only reason I still open my KZbin app. There literally is no falling out of love with you, you are not a phase. You are literally life

I’m 1.5 years sober and it was the best decision of my life. More importantly you are also becoming an inspiration to people and motivating them that they can do it too. The first 3 months were the hardest. At 6 months it’s becomes a way of life and you see the satisfaction of not drinking. I will never go back!
