There is actually a point about sports drinks. If you sweat a lot, sugarless sports drinks are good for you for replenishing all that salt and stuff your sweat out. If you drink too, too much in general (forcing in water), it's even bad for you bc you'll wash out all that nice stuff you actually need, you don't need too much water. The best indicator that you need a drink (water, tea, whatever) is thirst. But a) we often ignore that signal, b) we often drink stuff we shouldn't, and it skews that nice mechanism either by being diuretic (coffee) or having odd stuff on it which we better avoid (sugar). So, basic drinks like tea and slightly mineral water (and many others too) are your friends. Listen to your body when it says it wouldn't mind a drink of water (or tea). It's probably ABOUT 2 liters per day, but no one actually did a science experiment to show how much exactly, no one.

47:28 this is so old by now but i have to say... Julia is right. 'I can go the distance' is so out of place in Hercules. Theres some amazing gospel-esque songs, and then theres this overly shouty 'i want' song. Out of all the songs it sounds the most basic and borning. Its honestly a fine song especially compared to modern disney musical stuff. But my least favorite in the soundtrack. You're also valid if its your favorite song!
