It's a custom-made midi controller from Livid Instruments (now apparently defunct)

@@TautMusic oh, btw I'm very intrigued by your piano sounds from Nerve alb and that keyboard kinda solo on the great hammerhead. Please do more piano stuff! (sorry, if you are not Jacob Bergson))

@@elijahbreakbee8217 It is, and that keyboard solo on Great Hammerhead is fender Rhodes sped up to double speed. It started kind of as a joke, but we decided to keep it in. If you want more piano, there's the Nerve album After The Flare which is totally acoustic.
