Watching your video and how you speak of anger and how we should ask what part is selfish and what part is righteous… and slowing down to acknowledge this made me think of a church sign I saw years ago that stated “ He who angers you controls you”. This is so true when you think of the bigger picture and how it can create some major issues and ultimately damage our witness or testimony!

Yes, I've noticed that at times when I start feeling agitated and angry, I check myself and realize my anxiety is through the roof. And it's the anxiety and fear that needs to be addressed, which then takes care of the anger.
