I absolutely love how we all look in vain for superlatives to apply to this young man. I find myself almost as interested in the comments that my fellow music lovers & Musicians have to say as I do about the content . While my 54 years have seen me accrue many musical heroes, I have never been so captivated as I have by this man. Clearly & understandably I am not alone.

My children and I love watching and listening to Jacob, but I had no idea he already had a mind of his own at a mere 20 years of age. His core beliefs seem to have stayed intact even as he has garnered more fame, but I'd love to see Leo Sidran conduct another interview with Jacob as an accomplished musician.

I am so lucky that we have a major snow storm in Montréal (Québec,Canada) and I'm lock up inside. Good thing, I had the time to watch this video ! First thank you for posting it, plus thank you for this great interview. It's amazing how much he could clearly explained his way of thinking and understanding music at a so young age. The way I perceive it is that exceptional human being have and exceptional balanced life !
