Thank you for this wonderful performance. It's one of my favorite guitar pieces, because my dear brother used to play it. He was a rock & Roller, but starting in his teens he was learning tunes by ear from LP discs -- starting with Rick Nelson and Duane Eddy, he began listening to the work of Chet Atkins, and learned tunes that had a bass line, chords in the mid-range, and melodic line floating above all. So when he heard this tune, *_HE HAD TO LEARN IT!!_* Took months of relentless patience, but he had the skill by then. Beautiful Tune. And in some ways, its beauty emerges from the way the notes flow from many of the chord fingerings You have to learn before you are advanced enough to start learning this. Yes, there are a lot of gymnastics here but moments where a series of arpeggiated chords become a melodic line.

Jacob, this reminds me of the sounds I heard during my studies with Segovia. This was played at the highest achievable expression for a classical guitarist. A Masterclass performance! Our Lord has Blessed you. So move on, the winds will guide you and all will be provided.

Jacob Cordover is my favourite rendition of this waltz because it has emphasis on just the right places. It is superb and I know it is difficult to play because of its' speed and that there is great distace between one part and another. Antonio Laura imparts great joy, love and great passion composing this vals. Such pleasure and I never tire of Jacob's sureness and A. Lauro's abilities in describing emotion through music.
