would have preferred to see baks against jacob, but it's quite clear he'd have lost too. the experience of jacob has now honed himself as an aggressor when tackling, and given that he's already so precise at doing so, he becomes incredibly difficult to get past. safi has almost no goalscoring traits, and he can only really blame that on himself. jacob still brought out better skills to combine when shooting, and he beat the second best player in that twin to eventually win the final. it makes sense the new way of scoring that jacob's created is quite interesting in the idea of tricking the opponent into reaching initially, but it isn't really doing much besides that. it's a simple left foot over the ball and shooting with the right as a rabona. all you really have to do is block that shot, but it's still a great style to pull out when you need a quick goal to the naked eye just need to see the baks and jacob game in the other panna competition

it isn't pressure - it is just that ferjani lacks the skillsets to score goals. he's doing smaller stepping skills that aren't panna focused, and he knew jacob is a superior player. i don't think jacob has ever lost to him, and whenever they play ferjani knows jacob put a lot more effort than himself into learning insanely good ball carrying moves. not many players at his height can carry the ball the way jacob does, and he's lost several times to him for a reason. mehdi is a hard match for jacob due to the height and energy output he has over him, though
