Yeah, that's a tough one. It almost seems like a Gb9sus4. But you have both major and minor 7ths! Another stab in the dark: Gbmaj9sus4(#13)

@@brettbreet I would say Gbmaj9/13. The sus4 would have be B, but here we have a Bb, which is the third. And about the #13, it would have be E, but we have here Eb, so it's a standard 13. Unless I missed some thing ...

He probably improvised a lot since he have perfect pitch. Maybe not so much on the chords but on the melody and a bit of the upper structures of the chords.
