Jacob Rees-Mogg is so smooth with breaking things down and persuasively explaining things. Some people would probably find him quite hypnotic.

this man is a class act!! he is as good as farage at being clear and concise.
@BobSmith-vo9hv6 жыл бұрын
Better, even. Much as I admire Farage, JRM has that quality of moderated reasonableness and exquisite politeness that catches more flies than Nigel's somewhat more vinegar-y style.

Farage? Clear and concise? You mean trivialising incredibly complex European politics into simple grab-slogans about sovereignty?

It's way of calling someone a liar and not getting told off in the house of commons. Loosely translates to 'that's bollocks, mate' - which I'd also like to hear JRM say.

Superb debator and man of high principles -- whether you agree with him or not. This man has the qualities of being one of the finest prime ministers since Margaret Thatcher. The Conservative Party would be foolish not to appreciated J RM's standing. I am not a Party member or necessarily a supporter at elections. Roger G

Brexit is one thing but exiting the Commonwealth as well? Some of the U.K. foreign aid supported programmes have been conservatively managed and have been systematically shaping developing economies to align with core British industries which is mutually beneficial. Now the Commonwealth is aligning more with the EU. Seems like an obvious own goal not aligned with Brexit?

JRM has admitted he was wrong to say there would be no delays at the port of Dover caused by the UK leaving the EU. He knew all along but if you told the truth, Brexit wouldn't have happened. Stop blaming the French.

Question Time is good programme, and JRM speaks very well. Yet I get the creeps each time someone in the audience interrupts the speaker (especially JRM) to start a loud and disturbing clap-clap-clap session to make everybody aware of the fact that (s)he, too, can think and 'has an opinion'!
