Jacob Rees-Mogg raised a point of order in the House of Commons on Tuesday expressing concern the government is "not respectful" to MPs by managing time in Parliament poorly.
Penny Mordaunt just so happened to be in the chamber at the time, and reminded the former Leader of the House that the Parliamentary timetable was agreed on by MPs back in May.

It's not that it was just rushed. It's more the fact there was no solid plan. None at all. Just leave and we'll sort things out afterwards mentality. It's why we've had PM after PM... any serious prime minister whom wants to continue Brexit somehow simply won't want to do the impossible task. So all the PM's we have (labour included) have ulterior motives, whether it's government contracts for "friends" or an egotistical maniac who wants to inflate their own self importance.

“Shorter questions” will be helpful in facilitating a speedy resolution to House business. Also… an absence of *_entirely spurious, self-admiring points of order._* I take it from the _oh so languid_ nature of his delivery, that this is not a matter likely to _elevate the pulse._

How they get away with so much self-service and self-interest in the guise of being public servants still amazes me. I just despair to my core about the country and the state it is now in, lurching from crisis to crisis, while this bunch of theives and liars will leave after being booted out, leaving a huge mess that will take generations to fix. Broken Britain. Sigh.

‘Double standards’ anyone!? Mogg was showing that which we already know about his pompous attitude, that rules are not rules unless they are created ex-Eton / Oxford self-serving aristocrats, (such as himself), and applied only to those less privileged than themselves.

JRM enjoying the sound of his own voice yet again and with very little point to it other than his own ability to create a sound bite out of his own degree of self importance ... am hardly a fan of someone who's sole political attribute is to dress as a Greek flight attendant and carry a lump of metal in a sash, but any opportunity to spank the honourable member for the 1870's should never be passed up , thank you Penny.

JRM destroys himself, yet again, with sophisticated elaborate stupidity. Having not done any homework and thinking that such an obvious problem could exist until he points it out - he probably thought the current leader of the house would work exactly like him as this was his way of doing things. He even did this as a point of order, thus giving the other side plenty of time to prepare a pithy putdown. This is where supreme arrogance plus distain for actual work gets you.
