You learn the lingo and how to talk about things in these industries when you’re surrounded by people who do it, I’ve only barely been in the music industry for about a year and it’s completely changed the way I talk professionally There’s very small changes in the way you refer to your work that will mark you as a professional or an amateur to others in the entertainment industry, in the music business no one refers to songs as songs in a business setting you always refer to it as a record. Just like here and with many actors they refer to their movies exclusively as films. Small differences in the way you name things go a long way in entertainment

@travismaguire1349 he had one of the most memorable and viscerally horrifying deaths of a child in any movie I've ever seen. The way he screamed, cried, and pleaded for his life was so realistic that the adult actors in the scene needed breaks to gather themselves bc he legitimately disturbed them. Jacob, however, seemed unaffected and just happily sat around between takes.

Because they could lose their job if they let him in, not to mention the cinema could also get huge fines for letting them in to watch it, i thought that would be obvious 🤔 also going by your logic, that's like saying kids who are in horror films should be allowed in to watch them regardlessof their age.!! Just because the child was in the film it doesn't mean they should be able to watch it, would you allow a child to watch children of the corn, Halloween, the shining, the ring, child's play, the Oman, The Exorcist, IT etc, no you wouldn't let them watch them, wel id like to think you woildnt, yet children were in all those films. There is a very good reason why children are not allowed on set unless they're actually shooting, so they don't see any of the other scenes. If there is anything in their own scenes that could be upsetting, it's explained to them in an age appropriate way, there is also a child psychologist on staff who checks in with the children throughout.just because a child was in a horror film it doesn't mean they should be able to watch it. In fact the children cast in such film, I've read that many didn't even know what the film was about and they didn't even know they were part of a horror film !!
