Hey Jacob love the video, just a small tip - so when the subbb user / creator runns out of the number of members that can sign up, maybe instead of blocking new members from subscribing, you can allow new members to subscribe but not show it to the subbb owner / creator, they can only see new members once they have upgraded their plan and then after the subscription money would be transferred to their accounts, just a small thought! Love your content

I haven’t watched the vid the whole way thru so you may have an idea for the marketplace already - but an MVP marketplace may be a ‘Substack’ or ‘sparkloop’ style subscription list to connect different subbbs together? Specifically if there’s free tiers to different subbbs. As a user id love to have my slack stacked out with different communities, and as a creator, these are amazing growth channels.

What if you continued to let users subscribe to a creator after they hit the limit but you just didn’t pay them out. Maybe they are allowed to exceed it for a few days before upgrading to reduce friction - probably don’t want them to lose conversions if there is a spike from something going viral
