Marshmallow fluff AKA marshmallow cream is basically marshmallows specifically made without gelatin which gives it it's creaminess. When the gelatin is added marshmallow cream hardens. Which is what you typically would associate with marshmallows in general. I probably could have explained that better 🤷🏼‍♂️
