@rozwellc You are correct, rozwellc. In general, I took the 5- and 7-tuplets to be embroidery, and therefore effectively emphasized by some freedom of pacing. Of course, that's just my take on it, and was not based on any particularly sophisticated or historically-informed line of reasoning.

I love this movement. Probably one of my favorite lyrical saxophone movements currently. I'm unsure whether this is your recording of it or not, but if is, the sound in general is good, but you could do more with dynamics. Rhythmically it seemed mostly good but when you have the 5's and 7's they get really really out of rhythm. Overall, really pretty.
