As someone who used to work at a goodwill, it all depends on who works there. If they know about consoles and games that they might just take it for themselves or just reset the console, not thinking about preservation and more about the security of the previous owners' information. I believe there was a procedure for that exact thing. I had some coworkers who didn't know anything about gaming items and I guarantee those workers are why you get a bunch of goodies still on the console. Long story short, the chances of getting more free goodies vary on location.

Hybrid Drive is between normaal HDD and SSD. I have one in my PS4, it's a little faster as a regular HDD, but slower than SSD. It's not a big time saver tho😅

The hybrid is a part solid state part hard disk drive A small amount of space (usually like 128mb or 256mb) is solid state… and it would use it almost like a buffer… it worked pretty well. In some work loads it made significant improvement over old hard disk drives. That being said, it’s completely obsolete now :D
