They shot the MV in an actual cave here in the Philippines called Mystical Cave. They have to take 200 flights of stairs to get there. Another location is a construction site thus there are excavator trucks and a lot of stones and sands.

Yes, there are so many things going on in "Gento" that you have to watch and listen to it over and over again to notice and appreciate all the elements, subtleties, images, lyricism, and artistry. "Gento" is actually a word play for Tagalog words "ginto" (gold) and "ganito" (like this). The dance choreography of the entire song has been viral, you should see their performance video. They also sang this live on the Wish Bus, please check it out. By the way, they shot this on locations, in the cave, on the quarry, and in the typical rural house. They released a two-part videos on the making of this music video, you may want to check them, too.
