Why am I watching this for the first time (playing catch up and trying to get some ideas for some Boggy Blankets for Nancy) and thinking about making a ton of these! However, I have 4 blankets currently on my hooks. Cinnabon! I love this, Nancy shows her Jacobs Ladder meets Granny on her channel all the time and I kept saying that I was going to watch this video, saved it in my playlist and then today August 7 wouldn't you know I'm sitting here thinking about starting this beautiful pattern. I'm writing it out right now. Thank you my friend, this is beautiful, those colors you used actually make it look like butterflies in between the stitches, I love it!

Oh my goodness, Jennifer! This is one of the two most beautiful blankets I have ever seen! The first was Llama Mama Kayla’s first Mandala and now this blanket of yours. It is magnificent. On my IPad screen, it looked like a garden of daisies. I am adding this to my ‘to do’ list and placing it right at the top. Currently, I am on row 37 of my 50 row Mandala, a surprise for my youngest daughter. (42) I can’t get over the beauty of your blanket. Love this design, Jen! I get butterfly vibes from the Jacob's ladder part. Anyone else? Can't wait to make this in my sunroom colors! Yes! I TOTALLY remember the mountain climber on The Price is Right and his cute song! Those were great memories from sick days, home from school as a kid. I would watch game shows in the morning, then when the soap operas came on my mom would shoo me off to bed to take a nap so she could watch her 'stories!' 😊👍🧶

I don't think I have ever done the typical granny square, but I have done several chevron afghans. I'm trying to make afghans for all of my kids, grandkids, and great - grands. I love the ripples, but my oldest daughter has epilepsy and has said no ripples for her or her four girls because it messes with her brain. That still leaves me a ton of others where I might try this out. Oh yeah, I also have done a Jacob's Ladder afghan. Love the way you have combined these two.

Hi Jennifer I love your videos and I am new to crochet, but I have done the granny,and the chevron. I am wondering if you are going to have a written version of this as I would like to have something to refer back to. As I would like to make one for my husband as he has 4 stage malignant prostate cancer and he has just been going through radiation treatments and the oncology Dr has advised us that he will have to get chemotherapy. I would like to make this for him on the days he is not feeling well due to the chemotherapy as he is a blanket person.
