Not sure how to explain. But if you get your equation, y≤3x, just replace x with your scale eg 10,20 So you can find y. y≤3x y=3(10) y=10 y≤3x y=3(20) y=60 Points (10,30) (20,60) Draw your graph using the points and shade the unwanted region This is my method of solving it

It's according to the statement given, which is saying type B should not be more than 3 times of type A. That's why he wrote y is less /equal to 3x.
