I've been trying to find this game for YEARS! I remember playing it (albeit terribly) when I was, like, six or whatever on a website called 'FunnyGames' (Not sure if it's still up) Is this game on any of the Flash archives? I'd love to play this again!

Th idea of Mario fighting bosses that betray the conventional Mario boss design is interesting but it just makes me realize how having one/two hit deaths doesn't work well with Mega Man, Metroid, Castlevania, and most Kirby-style bosses. Being forced to start every boss as Small Mario unless you get items makes the earlygame pretty hard until you start accumulating cash too, especially with the wonky physics and keyboard controls.
